Catering to both male and female clientele (i.e. mixed gym)

Our mixed Gym caters for all different types of people, ranging from the serious body builder to the beginner who wants to achieve just the basic level of fitness. The gym is fully equipped with an extensive range of pin-loaded machines and free weights (over 100 types) and the latest in cardio equipment(i.e. electronic bikes/treadmills/steppers/xtrainers) and colour TV’s, all you need is a AM/FM walkman to tune into our favorite T.V channel.

Personal trainers are provided on personal interest

$44.00 Fitness Assessment/Program
$1.20 Towel or Belt Hire
$7.00 Pilates

Rules:

Dress Code applies ( i.e. runners, shorts, track-pants, t-shirts & singlets)
Towel required at all times
No chewing gum permitted inside the gym
No children permitted in Gym areas
Open 365 days a year (including public holidays).
