Catering solely to women(i.e. Ladies gym)

Our ladies gym is also fully equipped with an extensive range of pin-loaded machines, free weights and the latest cardio equipment(i.e. wide range of electronic bikes/treadmills/steppers/xtrainers) and the colour TVs. All you need is a AM/FM walkman and you can tune into your favorite T.V channel

Personal trainers are provided on personal interest

2. $6.60 Gym and Aerobics
3. $1.20 towel hire
4. $55.00 Monthly pass(Aerobics & ladies gym) Exclusively for Women
5. $7.00 Pilates

Rules:

1. Dress code applies (no thongs ,sandals etc are allowed)
2. Towel required at all times
3. No chewing gum permitted inside the gym
4. No children permitted in Gym areas
5. Open 365 days a year (including public holidays).
